Postnatal Yoga
These classes are designed to support post-birth healing and rehabilitation by focusing on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength to support all kinds of movement and aim to restore and nurture your mental and physical well-being during this intense period of caring for an infant or toddler. Each class may include guided meditation, asana (physical practice), hands-on adjustments, the use of props to support your healing body, and gentle yogic massage. These classes are designed to support individuals in the postnatal recovery period who have received a “go ahead” from their trusted care provider to resume exercise.
