I practiced yoga with Hannah from early pregnancy all the way up through week 40! After each session, I felt more centered, relaxed, and in tune with my baby and body. Hannah is a very thoughtful and responsive teacher: she listens and pays close attention to what each person needs and offers hands-on adjustments that can make a huge difference.
Most memorably, I recall a day that I was experiencing a lot of pain and my mobility was very limited. Hannah had great ideas on-the-fly for how to create a meaningful and productive session, even given a lot of constraints.
I’ll definitely continue practicing with Hannah postpartum. I recommend her to anyone who wants to intentionally move their body and nurture their mind through their pregnancy and postpartum experience.

I had the pleasure of practicing with Hannah in the second two trimesters of my pregnancy. We met weekly for semi-private sessions shared with one other expectant friend, and it was a special experience every time. Our sessions together allowed me to feel strong and stable in my changing body, while also providing me an important space to really connect to my pregnancy in thought and intention.
Hannah is a truly gifted teacher: knowledgeable, welcoming, humbly confident, and very thoughtful in her sequencing. I always felt comfortable showing up to the mat with whatever the week had brought me, whether that included aches, anxieties, joy or fatigue, knowing that Hannah would respect where I was at and help me to ground down into the present moment.

Prenatal yoga with Hannah was one of the best decisions I made in preparing for my first baby and this big shift in my life and identity. Taking time every week to center, ground, and get a great workout helped me to stay rooted and strong in myself.
Our time together helped me find calm leading up to birth and in these first weeks following my baby's arrival and becoming a parent. Hannah was not only able to improve upon my posture in yoga positions I've been doing for a decade, but helped me to enter into parenthood with grounded intention.
