About Hannah E.B. Prado
M.A., RYT, RPYT (she/her/hers)
Hannah is a Virginian mother, musician, and lifelong yoga practitioner with more than a decade of teaching experience. She is both a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) with Yoga Alliance. Currently, she is pursuing an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William & Mary while completing her clinical internship at Westhampton Family Psychologists in Richmond, VA.
Her work—both as a counselor-in-training and as a yoga teacher—centers on family systems, holistic perinatal well-being, and parental mental health. She is also deeply interested in the intersections of creativity, movement, and healing practices. Having experienced the profound benefits of yoga and mindfulness during her first pregnancy and the transition into motherhood, Hannah shifted her teaching from traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga to working primarily with the perinatal community. In 2021, she founded Peaceful Seedling to support parents and parents-to-be in finding grounding, strength, and resilience throughout their journey. In her classes, Hannah emphasizes safety and sustainability, offering modifications, hands-on adjustments (with consent), and the use of props so each student can remain comfortable and confident in their practice. She weaves together tradition and playfulness while infusing her love of music and sound into the classroom experience. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in openness, empathy, and the recognition that each student’s path is unique.
Hannah delights in guiding both new and longtime practitioners toward a yoga practice that supports them through the challenges and joys of parenthood—and she looks forward to sharing the journey with you.
